E-USA is...

Esperanto-USA (formerly the Esperanto League for North America) is the national non-profit educational association of Esperantists and supporters of Esperanto in the United States who have a common interest in using and promoting Esperanto as an answer to the world language problem.

Members of Esperanto-USA represent all ages and all levels of Esperanto experience, from beginners to fluent speakers. Esperanto-USA is not a political organization, but a source for education, news, and a common link among Esperanto-speakers and supporters of Esperanto throughout the country.

Esperanto-USA is a registered US 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Contributions to Esperanto-USA are tax deductible and are used to help teach and promote Esperanto.

E-USA provides services to support Esperanto activity, including Education, Book, Subscription & Tape Services, and Publications. Members receive:

  • The satisfaction of helping the US Esperanto movement.
  • The bi-monthly newsletter, Usona Esperantisto
  • The annual, 50-page E-USA Book Service Catalog with English descriptions of approximately 2,000 books, CDs, DVDs, and promotional items.
  • 10% discount on all items offered by the E-USA Book Service
  • The right to have a blog here and contribute other content to this website.
  • The annual Membership List and update
  • A discounted price for E-USA's annual convention

Youth $20.00
Individual membership $40.00
Family $60.00
Sustaining $80.00
Patron $120.00
Life $800.00
Note the very low price for students and those of limited income should make membership easy for everyone.

All new members will also receive The Handbook For New Members of E-USA, a 27-page booklet with sections on E-USA & Esperanto in the United States, UEA (World Esperanto Association), Esperanto & young people, learning, using & teaching Esperanto, Esperanto on the Internet, etc.

E-USA is led by a board of directors, commissioners and committees.
