Open Thread: Ideas and projects for Esperanto-USA

Our poll has spoken! Let's talk about ideas and projects for Esperanto-USA. What is the organization doing that is successful? What could use improvement? What kinds of information should Esperanto-USA be disseminating, how should we disseminate it, and to whom?

A quick thought: think about the things that YOU can do and how Esperanto-USA can help YOU accomplish them. Ideas need champions -- maybe that champion is you. If you have a good idea and are willing to lead it, or if you'd like to take up someone else's idea, then Esperanto-USA may be able to help you with advice, connect you to additional volunteers, and perhaps even provide some financial support. Don't let your idea die in committee -- help make it a reality!

Some projects have already been listed here, but (except for the graphical identity one) none have found a leader.
