Classes of Users and Their Privileges
There are several categories that a user of this community website may be placed in:
Administrators are a small group of E-USA officials or deputies that are responsible for maintaining the overall quality of the site.
Editors are members of E-USA who have asked for the privilege of adding content to this site in order to help improve it.
Members are people who are actual members of Esperanto USA; that is, they have paid their current dues. And then they sent a message to retpagxestroj at esperanto-usa dot org requesting member access at the website. Members can post unmoderated comments, create blogs, etc.
Commenters are people who have demonstrated that they write comments that are neither spam nor gibberish. They can comment without their comments requiring approval by editors or administrators.
Authenticated users are all those who register; hopefully they have some interest in Esperanto, but have not yet decided to join E-USA. Authenticated users can log in, read all content, and post (moderated) comments on pages that have comments enabled.
Anonymous users are welcomed but have the least privileges of all. Anonymous users can read webpage content but not post messages.
We encourage you to join E-USA so that you can use the additional member privileges and participate in other E-USA benefits. Note: All privilege raising is done manually by a webmaster. If you wish to have higher privileges, even member privileges, please send your request to retpagxestroj at esperanto-usa dot org.
